The shipments of your orders will be entrusted to SDA Express Box.

Orders are processed within two working days of receipt. Once the purchase procedure is completed and the order confirmation email is received, orders will be processed according to the selected shipping method. The preparation of the order may be delayed during the holidays. Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays, it being understood that except in cases of force majeure, the products will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the day following the day on which the customer has sent the order. Deliveries are not made on pre-holiday and public holidays.

As a shipping address, the customer can choose the most convenient one: home, office or third party residence. It is important that the Customer or his representative is found at the address communicated for the delivery of the goods. Either one or the other are required to check the integrity of the package. In the event that the package is not intact, the Customer must accept the package with reservation by placing an appropriate written letter on the courier's proof of delivery. If you sign the courier document without making any report, the customer will no longer have the opportunity to dispute anything later.

The courier at each shipment assigns a Tracking number that we will communicate to the Customer as soon as the shipment of the goods takes place. The customer will thus have the opportunity to follow the progress of the shipment on the courier's website.
